Dr. Duke was born in Washington, DC and raised in Virginia. After completing his Internship, Dr. Duke served as a Flight Surgeon in the US Air Force from 1981 to 1985 after which time he completed his Pulmonary and Critical Care residency and fellowship. He also served as an Instructor for the Department of Aeronautical Science for Embry Riddle University in Daytona Beach, Florida.
He joined Pulmonary Associates in 1998 and became an owner/partner. In 2008, he accepted the position of Chief Physician Executive for Lancaster General Health/Penn Medicine where he spends the majority of his time. He continues to see patients at Pulmonary Associates on a part-time basis.
In his free time, he enjoys sports, traveling, cooking and spending time with his children. Dr. Duke lives in Lititz with his wife.
