About me

Lee Duke II, M.D. is a board-certified pulmonologist with over three decades of experience in pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine, and sleep medicine.

Dr. Duke focuses on stabilizing patients and performs time-sensitive, potentially life-saving procedures for patients who have respiratory conditions and diseases.

Dr. Duke was born in Washington, DC and raised in Virginia. He served as a Flight Surgeon in the U.S. Air Force as well as an Instructor for the Department of Aeronautical Science for Embry Riddle University in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Dr. Duke joined Pulmonary Associates of Lancaster in 1998 and is the senior member of the group. In his free time, he enjoys sports, traveling cooking, and spending time with his family. Dr. Duke lives in Lititz with his wife.
